Founding pilot ยท 3 months ยท Open call

An hour a month.
An entire continent.

We are social leaders from all over Latin America connecting as peers: whatever is blocking you right now, another leader in the network has already solved it. Whatever you already know how to do, someone else needs it today.

1 houra month, as a minimum. More if you like.
3 monthsof founding pilot. If it isn't worth it, you don't stay.
20 countriesacross Latin America, connected to each other.
0money. Your experience is the currency.
Why now

The money is shrinking. Experience isn't.

๐Ÿ“‰

Funding is collapsing

International cooperation dropped overnight: in 2024 the United States contributed USD 2.3 billion to Latin America; in 2025, 83% of those programs were cancelled. 7 out of 10 organizations in the region expect to cut projects or staff.

๐Ÿงญ

Experience is everywhere

This continent holds decades of accumulated know-how: fundraising, measurement, territory, crisis, partnerships. But it is scattered across 20 countries and packed calendars. Every organization reinvents wheels others have already spun.

๐Ÿชข

Leadership can isolate

Whoever leads a social organization is usually the only one carrying it all. What they lack isn't commitment: it's peers. Someone facing a problem of the same size, somewhere else, living the same thing.

The idea

Your hour is the currency. Peer experience is the cheapest โ€” and most wasted โ€” resource on the continent. All we do is make the introductions.

1

Tell us what you know and what you need

5 minutes, in your own words: what you need to solve, what you can share, and what you're proud of. No odd forms.

2

Get meeting proposals

We send you meeting proposals that make sense, tailored to what you're going through. No random networking โ€” and you always decide.

3

At least one hour a month

A 1-on-1 video call or a thematic circle. More hours and more meetings, whenever you like โ€” including ones you propose yourself.

A platform doesn't manufacture the value: it is created in the meeting. The only condition for it to show up is the hours we put in.

Meeting formats

One hour, four ways to use it

These are suggestions to start with, not requirements: members create their own meetings too โ€” with whoever you want, however you want.

๐ŸŽฏ

1-on-1 for a need

You have a concrete problem and someone in the network has already solved it. One hour, one answer from someone who's been there.

๐Ÿ”

Reciprocal 1-on-1

An exchange between equals: you teach what you know, they teach you what you're missing. No hierarchies.

โญ•

Thematic circle

4 to 6 peers working on the same thing, one hour, one topic. The room where an entire continent compares notes.

๐Ÿšจ

Crisis room

Urgent problem, decision this week. Put together fast with whoever can help. The network at the speed of the problem.

The rules

There's only one rule

Give at least one hour a month. Beyond that: no processes, no requirements, no steps to follow. The rest creates itself when people get together with intention.

  • The value is created in the meetingThe network only connects: the content, the solution and the opportunity are born in the conversation between you.
  • An hour is an hourAll knowledge is worth the same: an hour of fundraising equals an hour of community cooking. There are no hierarchies.
  • Give and receiveNobody is only a mentor or only a learner. Every member can receive help and give it too.
  • What's said, staysTrust is the network's real infrastructure: what is said in a meeting never leaves that meeting.
Founding pilot

A founder is anyone who boards now.

Those who start this pilot aren't users: they're founders. They set the mark, define the rules, and their stories are the first ones this network will tell.

What we ask

  • At least 1 hour a month, for 3 months. More if you like.
  • A 5-minute profile, in your own words.
  • Tell us at the end what was worth it and what wasn't.

What you get

  • Meeting proposals that make sense, for what you need.
  • Belonging to the first peer network of the continent.
  • A place in the founding story โ€” and in the impact metrics we'll show the world.
FAQ

What everyone asks

How much does it cost?

Nothing. The network's currency is your hour of experience. The pilot is free, and those who start go down in history as founders.

Who will I meet?

Social leaders from all over Latin America. We send you meeting proposals tailored to what you need โ€” you decide who with and when.

I only have one hour a month. Does that help?

That's exactly the minimum we ask for. A well-chosen hour โ€” with the right peer and a clear question โ€” changes decisions for months. And if you want to meet more often, even better.

Can I propose my own meetings?

Yes, and it's welcome: the network isn't a waiting list of proposals. If you want to meet someone or put together a meeting, go ahead โ€” the best meetings start that way.

What happens after the 3 months?

If it was worth it, you stay. If not, there's no debt and no strings attached: you leave with what you learned and the people you met. The network only grows with those who want to be there.

The ship leaves now.

Tell us what you know and what you need โ€” in 5 minutes you'll see who you could meet first.
